Use Social Media Tools To Share
Your Expertise and Grow Your Following

Carol BremnerHi, my name is Carol Bremner and I call myself a non-techie online marketing specialist. That means I use Internet tools, but I don’t have any idea about how it all works. I guess I’m like that in most things. With my first car, I knew how to drive, but had no idea that it needed oil to work. In that case, if I had known a bit about what was under the hood, that car might have lasted me a lot longer.

But the Internet is different, although it can be intimidating. In fact, computers in general can be pretty scary. I was in my mid 40’s before the library where I worked computerized and I transferred to the campus daycare for a year rather than learn those machines. I eventually went back to my old job, started taking computer courses and have been hooked on them ever since.

Today you might be feeling intimidated that way about using social media.

Have you signed up for yet another social media account, but have no idea what you should be doing?

Or have you managed to start using social media, but can’t find the time to build those relationships that are so important?

Yet some of your peers seem to have learned how to manage their businesses and still use Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, GooglePlus, and Pinterest. It makes your head spin just to think about it all.

Social Media is not going away! But if you’re like most entrepreneurs, your time is limited and you want what you do to count.

Social Media Marketing
For the Time and Technology Challenged

We cover the features and best practices you need to know about these social media platforms and leave out the non-essentials. Then start using time-saving tools like Hootsuite and to take your social networking up a notch!

In these recorded half hour social media sessions, we’ll take a look at the most popular social media programs and the time-saving tools to interact quickly and easily.

Each session was originally a live webinar and includes questions from other people just like you – busy people who want to use the technology without having to spend hours figuring it all out. Once the webinar ended, they were turned into videos that you can watch and listen to whenever you like.

We cover the following topics, in a clear and easily understood manner:

1. Facebook:

  • Profiles and Pages
  • Timelines, Groups
  • Best practices to build relationships, send people to your website, even collect email addresses right from Facebook

2. GooglePlus:

  • Circles
  • Hangouts and Livestreaming
  • Pages

3. LinkedIn:

  • Completing your profile and adding a photo
  • Adding skills
  • Customizing your listing
  • Connecting with people, updating your status, recommending others
  • Groups

4. Pinterest:

  • Creating boards
  • Pinning and re-pinning
  • Following boards and people
  • Pinning your blog posts and videos
  • Connecting with Facebook
  • Business benefits

5. Twitter:

  • Vocabulary
  • Usernames
  • Tweets, re-tweets, and hashtags
  • Who to follow and what to share

Bonus Productivity Modules:
6. Hootsuite:

  • Keep track of Twitter, Facebook, GooglePlus, and LinkedIn all from one dashboard
  • Create custom sections to keep track of specific people or topics
  • Share your blog posts and Youtube videos from your Hootsuite command station
  • Curate information and easily share it with the Hootlet tool

  • Create an online newspaper
  • Easily curate information for your readers
  • Become a trusted source of topical information

I know, it’s hard to believe that we covered all of those points in just a half hour, but we did. Remember, we covered the best practices of each program, not the details you don’t need.

You’ll come away from the sessions (all three-and-a-half hours) knowing how to utilize social media to make the best use of your time. And you’ll never again feel left out of the conversation when others start to talk about social media. That alone is worth the cost of these video modules!

Here’s what some of our attendees had to say about the webinar sessions:

“I think the series was wonderful and your quiet yet warm personality is very nice in a webinar setting. We listen to so much ‘energized hype’ just to pick up a few gems of information, but your webinars are like a ‘lighter, quieter’ variety that makes for easy and pleasant listening. You have a wonderful way of giving valuable information in a simple, no-rush manner. I love your easy going webinars!” – Sheri Smith

“I just wanted to officially say thanks for the series. There was so much information! I really liked the way you presented it – there were a lot of tools you spoke of that I was immediately able to implement for my business – and I mean within minutes!!!!”
– Carol Glover, Firehorse Consulting

“Just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for the webinars. They give a lot of information about topics that I have been trying to research. It takes a lot of time to research the information and since I work a full time job, a part time job and am trying to build our business, this makes it a lot easier for me.” – Donna Bullis

Although the webinar workshops have ended, you can access
the video recordings of all of the social media content we covered for only $25.

I’ve been training others locally for the past ten years. My students pay
at least that much per topic and I cover seven topics in these videos!

The social media landscape isn’t going to go away and is constantly changing. Why not learn to use it to your advantage? Order now and you’ll also be included in a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and I’ll keep you updated about changes as they happen. Spend your time on your business instead of trying to keep up with technology.

Yes, Carol, I’m ready to embrace social media.
